Our Celebration Room is decorated in a neutral color that will make a perfect backdrop for any style of décor. You can seat up to 250 guests and still have room for a dance floor, buffet and drink area, cakes and even your own photo booth. Friday & Saturday rent by the day & Sunday thru Thursday rent by the hour.

When you rent the Celebration Room for your reception, you will receive

  • 14 consecutive hours of use on Friday & Saturday
  • Set up, to your specifications, of up to 250 chairs (black or white) and 25-5’ round guest tables, 4-8’ long and 4-6’ long tables, 2-4’ round tables
  • In-house sound system with wireless microphones
  • HD projector & 8’ x 14’ retractable screen
  • Sound technician to operate sound & video
  • Your choice of vendors
  • Prep kitchen
  • Beautifully decorated, large restrooms
  • Use of Garden area (extra fee if used for ceremony when renting by the hour Sunday thru Thursday)
  • A Carriage Place Staff member on site during your event

When you book your wedding & reception at Carriage Place, you will receive the same amenities as above with the addition of

  • Set up of outdoor ceremony area with up to 250 black or white chairs
  • Covered 10'x12' stage for outdoor ceremony
  • Outdoor sound system with wireless microphones
  • Sound technician
  • Use of our beautiful Bride & Groom’s dressing areas
  • Fire pit (when in season)

PARTIES, REUNIONS & CORPORATE EVENTS

Our Venue is perfect for weekday events such as company parties and training sessions.

We offer an 8’ x 14’ retractable screen and an HD projector to use for your training sessions, as well as an in-house sound system with microphones available and a sound tech to run your sound for you.

We provide an excellent setting for reunions and quinceañeras! We have large, clean restrooms and a great prep kitchen with an icemaker, refrigerator, warming cabinet and 12 feet of stainless counter space for food prep.

Our outdoor area is a great place for games or simply enjoying the garden area. It is beautifully lit so your guests can enjoy it even after dark. You can cozy up around the fire pit and even roast a marshmallow or two.

Sunday-thru-Thursday may be rented at an hourly rate to suit the needs of your event. There is a fee for set up and clean up with hourly rentals. You still receive the same great amenities and service you get with full day rentals.
